You're in Dubai. How does that work with a US business?
Everything happens by email and video call. I reply within one US business day, and we book calls in your working hours.
What if I don't like the free preview?
Then you say no thanks and that's the end of it. No invoice, and no pushy follow-ups.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and if you ever want to move on, I hand over all the files. I've had to rebuild two websites from scratch because an old agency kept control of them, so I make sure that never happens to you.
Can you add something special, or work on my existing website?
Yes. Besides the three packages, I take on custom work: motion, video, interactive tools, 3D, booking systems, or upgrades to the site you already have. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll send a fixed quote. I'll also tell you honestly whether it's likely to bring in more customers.
Will my website still work a year from now?
Yes. Your site is built from plain, fast files with no plugins to update, no database and no admin login for anyone to break into, so there's nothing to quietly break six months later. It's served from a global network that handles a sudden rush of visitors without slowing down. Things like price calculators only need a quick edit when your prices change.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in US dollars, or by card. It's 50% to start and 50% when the site is ready to launch.
What happens after launch?
The site is yours. I hand it over and you can host it wherever you like. If you'd rather I keep it online and up to date for you, just ask. No pressure either way.
