  1. 2025 to now

    Marketing & AI Operations

    UK and Dubai real estate investment consultancy · Dubai

    • Stepped up to own marketing and AI operations after the previous marketing head left, starting out in AI & Marketing Support.
    • Run CRM lead routing, list segmentation, and email and WhatsApp campaigns across UK and Dubai property, putting warm, high-intent buyers first.
    • Run lead generation and qualification for UK developments and the Dubai portfolio, with every campaign inside local advertising rules.
    • Rebuilt both company websites from scratch when the old agency-built sites couldn't be edited, and recovered and verified the Google Business Profiles.
    • Produce property videos, investment guides, brochures, fact sheets and social content.
    • Work with our developers on an in-house AI-powered CRM and calling platform, turning business needs into specs they can build.
  2. 2025

    Telesales Executive & Admin Support

    Estative · Dubai

    • Introduced real estate investment opportunities to agents, brokers and investors, and set up project briefings with the sales team.
    • Handled pricing, payment plans and follow-ups, and kept CRM records and project files up to date.
  3. 2024

    Telesales & Client Engagement Specialist

    Distinct Digital Media · Dubai

    • First point of contact for prospects, with 1,500+ calls and emails a week, booking meetings for senior account managers.
    • Managed pipelines in Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho CRM.
  4. 2022–2024

    Virtual Assistant, CRM & Digital Marketing Support

    Pineapple virtual assistant agency · remote, for US businesses

    • Created and ran clients' Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram pages, with content designed to get people engaging.
    • Designed marketing materials: banners, brochures and business cards.
    • Coordinated medical equipment deliveries between drivers, technicians and customers, handling 100+ calls and emails a day.
  5. 2016–2022

    Customer Service Rep → Escalation Specialist → Team Leader

    Concentrix · Cebu, Philippines

    • Six years supporting internet and telecom customers, from everyday calls to the toughest escalations.
    • Led a team of 15 agents, ranked in the top 10% for three months in a row, and lifted productivity by 10% through coaching.
