Frequently asked questions
When do orders close?
Weekly orders close Wednesday at 9 pm for Friday and Saturday pickup. Custom cakes need 7 days' notice.
Where do I pick up?
From our kitchen in Eagle Rock. The exact address is in your order confirmation email.
How far do you deliver?
Within 8 miles of Eagle Rock: Highland Park, Glendale, Pasadena, Echo Park, Silver Lake and nearby. It's $8, and free on orders over $100.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until Wednesday at 9 pm. After that we've already bought ingredients, so we can move it to another weekend instead.
How do I store a burnt Basque cheesecake?
Keep it in the fridge and eat it within 4 days. Let it sit out 20 minutes before serving.
Do you have allergy-friendly options?
Everything contains dairy, eggs and wheat, and our shared kitchen handles nuts, so we can't promise allergen-free bakes.
