Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull every permit, schedule the inspections and meet the inspector on site.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most kitchens take 6 to 10 weeks once work starts. You'll get a written schedule with your quote.
Do we need to move out during the work?
Usually not. We seal off the work area, keep a clean path through the house, and can set up a temporary kitchen.
How does payment work?
A 10% deposit holds your start date, then payments follow set milestones. No large up-front payments.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through a lending partner, including 12-month same-as-cash options on approved credit.
What's covered by the warranty?
Our workmanship is covered for 2 years after the final walkthrough. Products carry their manufacturer warranties.
