Our story
From carpenter to contractor
Dan Ruiz spent ten years framing houses and finishing kitchens for other builders. He kept seeing the same problems: missed start dates, vague quotes and nobody returning calls.
In 2014 he started Northgate with one truck and one promise: do what we say, when we say it. Eleven years and 400+ projects later, it's still the whole business plan.
Today Northgate is a crew of eight, plus trusted electricians and plumbers we've worked with for years.
