Do you make character or themed cakes?
Not yet. We're practicing! For now we focus on cheesecakes, chiffon and trays, and we can add a message, candles and a custom ribbon.
How far ahead should I order?
Weekly orders close Wednesday at 9 pm. Party orders need 5 to 7 days' notice, and December books up early.
Do you deliver outside Eagle Rock?
Yes, within 8 miles: Highland Park, Glendale, Pasadena, Echo Park, Silver Lake and nearby. Further out (like the Valley) we can meet you halfway for large orders.
How do I store a burnt Basque cheesecake?
Keep it in the fridge and eat it within 4 days. Let it sit out for 20 minutes before serving for the creamiest middle.
Any allergy-friendly options?
Everything contains dairy, eggs and wheat, and our shared kitchen handles nuts, so we can't promise allergen-free bakes.
