We're in network with most major PPO plans. Not on the list? We'll still file your claim, and many out-of-network plans cover most preventive care.

Payment FAQ
Do you take my insurance?
We're in network with most major PPO plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Florida Blue, Guardian, Humana, MetLife and UnitedHealthcare. If we're not in your network, we'll still file the claim for you.
I don't have insurance. Can I still come in?
Yes. New patients pay $99 for an exam, X-rays and cleaning, and our Smile Club membership covers your preventive care for $29 a month.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. We offer CareCredit and Cherry, with 0% plans for 6 to 12 months for those who qualify.
When do I pay?
You pay your estimated share at each visit. If insurance pays more or less than expected, we'll send a refund or a statement.
